Dr Howard Lam MBBS FRACGP MMed
Dr Howard Lam graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1997 and has attained a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He is a registered practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia.
A co-founder of Skin Check WA, Dr Lam has been involved with full time skin cancer practice since 2003 and had detected and treated thousands of skin cancers.
Dr Lam's postgraduate qualifications include a Diploma from the Australasian College of Skin Cancer Medicine, Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine, Certificate in Dermoscopy and a Masters of Medicine (in Skin Cancer) from the University of Queensland. He also regularly attends post graduate training courses and conferences in skin cancer medicine.
Dr Henry Law MBBS FRACGP
Dr Henry Law graduated from the University of Western Australian in 1994. A co-founder of Skin Check WA, he has taken a special interest in skin surgery and procedures since 2003.
His postgraduate qualification includes the Diploma of the Australasian College of Skin Cancer Medicine, Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine and Certificate in Dermoscopy. He is an accredited doctor of the Skin Cancer College

Dr Toby Bell MBBS FRACGP
Dr Bell is a full time skin cancer physician with over 20 years experience as a general practitioner previously. He has an eye for details, honed over many years by his other passion as an accomplished sculptor and painter. We are proud to have him bring this skill to our team. Dr Toby Bell practices at both our Inglewood and Balcatta clinics.

Dr Rob Hurrelbrink MBBS (Hons), PhD (Dist), BSc (Hons), BA (Edu), FRACGP
Dr Rob is truly a high achiever, having completed multiple university degrees with honours. Prior to medicine he was an accomplished research scientist, having previously graduated with a BSc in Microbiology and Biochemistry as well as a PhD in Virology.
He spent time overseas as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Oxford before the calling of medicine lead him back to post-graduate studies at the University of WA. True to his form, he graduated with honours and has recently attained Fellowship of the RACGP.

Dr Ann Rosenow MBBS (Hons), BSc (Hons), FRACGP
Dr Rosenow holds a Bachelor of Science from the Univeristy of WA, graduating with honours.Finding her next challenge, she continued at the UWA Medical School and graduated again with honours.
She is a distinguished achiever throughout her medical career and is a recent prize winner in the Fellowship of the RACGP. She is committed to delivering the best service to her patients. Dr Ann Rosenow practices at both our Inglewood and Balcatta clinics.
Dr Vaneesa Siva MBBS FRACGP
Dr Siva is a full time skin cancer physician with over 16 years experience as a General Practitioner. She is passionate about skin cancer medicine. Having attained the Certificate of Dermatoscopy and a Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery from the Skin Cancer College Australasia, we at Skin Check WA believe that her skills combined with her caring nature make her a true asset to her patients. Dr Vaneesa Siva practices at both our Inglewood and Aubin Grove clinics.

Dr Andrea Gomes MBBS FRACGP
Dr Gomes graduated in medicine from University of WA and completed further training at Sir Charles Gairdner hospital. In 2013 she was awarded the WAGPET community medicine award for her dedication to community based medicine.
She grew up in rural WA where she has seen first hand the results of sun damaged skin in rural West Australians. Apart from her high academic achievements,she is also an accomplished musician, having won a number of awards and trophies in music festivals.
She has a keen interest and passion for early skin cancer detection and management. Dr Andrea Gomes practices at both our Inglewood and Leeming clinics.
Dr Ai Lee Lim FRACGP
Dr Lim graduated in 2008 and has medical experience in both Malaysia and Australia for the past 7 years. She is passionate about skin cancer medicine and minor surgeries. She attained the Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery, Certificate of Dermoscopy and a Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery with Skin Cancer College of Australasia in the past few years and has enjoyed working in this field since then.
Dr You Yan Tan MBBS FRACGP
Dr Tan brings with him an abundance of enthusiasm in his approach to skin cancer medicine. He has a critical eye for details and enjoys various sports in his spare time.
Dr Jill Watson BSc MPh MBBS FRACGP
Jill has a bachelor of medicine and surgery from the University of Notre Dame and has a master’s degree of Public Health from the University of Western Australia. She has a keen understanding of the importance of early detection of skin cancer and is passionate about providing high quality health care. Dr Jill Watson practices at both our Inglewood and Balcatta clinics.
Dr Claira Ang MBBS FRACGP
Dr Ang has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from University of WA, graduating with honours and has a Diploma in Child Health. She is passionate about providing optimal care to her patients and promoting preventative health.
Dr Cinmy Cheung MBBS FRACGP
Dr Cheung graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with honours from the University of Western Australia, and also holds a Diploma of Child Health. She has worked in multiple fields in both hospital and general practice. She is a strong patient advocate who has a keen interest in preventative medicine, particularly in the field of skin cancer medicine.
Dr Jonathan Chiew MBBS(Hons) FRACGP
Dr Chiew graduated from the University of WA with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with honours in 2009 and has completed further diplomas in Child Health and Tropical Medicine. He has broad experience in both hospital and community medicine and brings an integrated, thorough approach to skin cancer medicine. He has a keen eye for photography and also enjoys running in his spare time.
Dr Michelle Luy MBBS FRACGP
Since graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from University of WA, Dr Luy has undergone training in many areas, including hospital medicine and general practice. She has a broad range of interests and has completed post-graduate diplomas in women's health and child health. She has also worked as a surgeon's assistant, and enjoys a balance between family medicine, skin cancer medicine and medical student teaching. In her free time she enjoys documentaries, cinema and live music.
Dr Cristina Shaw MBBS
As a keen windsurfer, Cristina arrived from the UK over 15 years ago searching for our winds and waves. Since graduating in 2011, she has worked in various hospitals and clinics. We welcome her to our team as she pursues her keen interest in skin cancer medicine.
Dr Sally Roberts MBBS DCH
Dr Roberts graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2013. Growing up with a farming background in rural WA, and spending much of her training time in Broome, she has seen first hand the effects of sun exposure. Committed to improved patient outcomes through ongoing learning she has completed further studies in the Diploma of Child Health in 2015 and FPAA Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health in 2017. She is a strong patient advocate with a key focus on holistic care and preventative health.
Dr Megan Pilkington MBBS FRACGP
Dr Megan Pilkington is a local UWA graduate with extensive experience of rural health including working with Royal Flying Doctor Service in remote areas. She holds a certificate of skin cancer medicine and is committed to provide a friendly, comprehensive care to her patients.
Dr Jane McCulloch MBBS FRACGP DCH
Dr McCulloch has worked as a Doctor extensively in North West WA prior to returning to Perth. She is passionate about early intervention in health which led her to skin cancer detection and early treatment.
Dr Simon Kessell MBBS
Dr Simon Kessell holds an MBBS from the University of Western Australia, and an MBA from University of California at Berkely where he had the privilege of studying under eventual Federal Reserve Chairman, Dr Janet Yellen. He lived in New York where he worked in the healthcare investment industry. Returning to Perth, he has worked in General Practice and Skin Cancer Medicine. He has received training in skin cancer surgery from UWA, and skin cancer diagnostics at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York. He returns every year to MSKCC and NYU Dermatology for additional professional skin cancer and dermatology education. He has also received training in cosmetic dermatology in both Australia and the U.S. He is excited to join Skin Check WA and the team of experienced skin cancer professionals who share with him the importance of skin cancer screening and prevention in all sun-exposed Australians. When not practising skin cancer medicine, Dr Kessell tries to keep up with his twins’ high school curriculum, reads widely and attempts to train his new Border Collie puppy. Dr Simon Kessell practices at both our Leeming and Balcatta clinics.
Dr Jessica Huang MBBS(Hon)DRANZCOG VGDWH DCH FRACGP
Dr Huang graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with honours from the University of Western Australia and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She also holds a Diploma of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Vocational Graduate Diploma of Women’s Health, and Diploma of Child Health. She enjoys running in her spare time and is a strong advocate for good skin care. She is committed to preventative medicine and patient-centred holistic care.
Dr Lou Lagrange MBBS DipRACOG MHSC(Occ Med)Grad Dip OHHS
Dr Lou Lagrange is a graduate of the UWA Medical School, who after 8 years in the major teaching hospitals, continued to develop broad capabilities and skills, in general practice with interests in dermatology, regional acute care medicine and the Royal Flying Doctor service. After spending more than 10 years in Kalgoorlie he has returned to Perth to focus his interests in skin cancer medicine. Dr Lou Lagrange practices at both our Aubin Grove and Balcatta clinics.
Dr Priscilla Tan MBBS DCH FRACGP PhD
Dr Priscilla Tan graduated from the University of Western Australia, and worked across multiple medical and surgical specialties at various hospitals in Western Australia before commencing General Practice. She was awarded three research scholarships and completed a PhD in Ophthalmology from the Lions Eye Institute and UWA, publishing 10 papers in international journals. She has been a Unit Coordinator, Clinical Lecturer and Examiner at UWA, and continues to be actively involved in teaching medical students at UWA. She holds a Diploma in Child Health. Priscilla’s interest in skin began in 2005 with work experience in Dermatology, and she later gained broad clinical and surgical experience in Oculoplastics. This experience, coupled with her passion toward preventative healthcare in General Practice, has lead her to pursue her keen interest in skin cancer medicine.
Dr Anita Kothapalli MBBS
Dr Anita Kothapalli graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Western Australia. She has a strong interest in skin cancer medicine and research and a keen eye for detail. She is dedicated to providing high quality health care and is passionate about promoting the prevention and early detection of skin cancer.
Dr Kate Johnson FRACGP
Dr. Johnson graduated from University of Notre Dame in Fremantle and is GP fellowed with the RACGP with a special interest in skin cancer medicine. She has experience working in rural and remote WA areas. She has completed the RACGP Certificate of Primary Care Dermatology & holds a certificate in dermatoscopy. She values education and keeping up to date with the latest in skin cancer medicine. Dr. Kate works in both the Inglewood and Balcatta clinics.
